My final year business plan was selected by NTU to be their finalist for the AFBE 2026 Student awards. My work was then chosen by Tommy Hilfiger to present at the awards alongside 3 other finalists. It was an incredible opportunity and I was thrilled to be chosen as the winner of the award!

Alongside my degree, I completed the Sustainability in Practise certificate. This was a great opportunity to gain understanding of the SDGs and sustainability issues from a personal and disciplinary and perspective.

My time on placement at Yours Clothing has really grown my confidence using Excel, as I use it every day and for almost all of my tasks. I have become very capable of using formulas such as VLOOKUPS and SUMIFS, as well as using pivot tables to draw certain information.

During my 4 years at university, I completed a CMI Certificate in Management and Leadership (Level 5), which deepened my understanding of management theory and practice.
Clo3D Fashion Design Software

For my optional module in second year, I opted for Clo3D. In this module I learnt how to operate the fashion design software to create clothing and homewear. My final project was a knitwear range for Next which I designed on the software and also explored how using Clo3D could save time and money for brands and designers in the sampling process.
Diploma in Professional Practise

I am confident in using several Adobe software systems, with InDesign and Illustrator being my strengths after using them for multiple reports during my degree.

During my placement at Yours Clothing, I completed my Diploma in Professional Practise, which included a minimum of 36 weeks working in industry and a presentation about my experience.

Whilst working as a trainer for new missionaries at the Missionary Training Centre, I gained the Professionalism 1 badge, which was for meeting the below criteria: punctuality and preparation, time management, professional appearance, optimal learning environment, professional communication, collaborative planning, active participation, feedback receptiveness, positive interactions, regular communication, policy adherence, leadership alignment, resource utilisation, team focus, and trust and respect.
